Oakland Athletics southpaw Brett Anderson left his start Wednesday with some pain and tightness in his side and it's not looking like he'll make his next start.
Southpaw Travis Blackley, reports Jane Lee of MLB.com, is now slated to start Saturday's game while rookie Dan Straily is now penciled in to go Monday in place of Anderson.
Tyson Ross is also capable of starting, and could get a start if Anderson has to miss multiple outings. Until then, he'll serve as a long reliever.
