Will Brian Wilson be back with the San Francisco Giants next season as the team's closer? Assuming that he makes a full recovery from his surgery early enough for some other team to even consider taking a chance on him, his high salary makes a potential trade nearly impossible to pull off.
Buster Olney seems to think the Giants are ready for a shave, but is there really a team out there with enough available bankroll that is willing to pay upwards of $8 million on damaged goods? I don't think so, and as such, I have to believe that Wilson will be in a San Francisco uniform on 2013's Opening Day.
