Longoria return pushed back

The Tampa Bay Rays have officially played half the season without Evan Longoria, who has sat out 81 games. The Rays had hoped that the star third baseman would be back by now, but there was more disappointing news Tuesday.
Longoria felt soreness in his left hamstring Tuesday and will take two days off before resuming his rehab assignment at Triple-A Durham, reports Marc Topkin.Manager Joe Maddon says Tuesday's news puts Longoria's return back until next week at the earliest.
Maddon cautions that Longoria won't be in the lineup every day when he returns, even when he is used as a DH. That should result on more at-bats for Ryan Roberts, acquired recently from Arizona.
