Johan Santana should be back in the New York Mets' rotation Saturday night against the Braves.
Santana told Matt Ehalt of ESPNNewYork.com that he's ready to return from the disabled list this weekend after pitching three innings for the Class-A Brooklyn Cyclones on Sunday.
Santana, who has made two ineffective starts since the All-Star break, has been sidelined since July 20 with a sprained right ankle suffered while covering first base. Right-handerJeremy Hefner, who started last weekend in San Diego, will return to the bullpen to make room for Santana.
